QA/QC Engineer - saudi Arabia

We are seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers with strong background in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas contracting projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Turnaround and Shutdown activities, particularly in mechanical, erection, and industrial cleaning works.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure site QA/QC compliance with Safety First approach
• Prepare and review PQR & WPS for welder qualification
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Conduct inspections before and after cleaning of Heat Exchangers
• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation
• Participate actively in Turnaround and Shutdown events
• Conduct internal audits as per ISO standards
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and QMS requirements
• Prepare method statements and quality-related documentation
• Work effectively in a multinational environment

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Contracting for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas field
• Experience in Mega Turnaround / Turnaround / Shutdown projects
• Experience working as QC Inspector during Turnaround events
• Experience in reputed contracting companies (Mechanical / Erection / Industrial Cleaning)
• Work experience in Jubail / Yanbu area preferred
• Similar Petrochemical experience in India will be preferred

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from reputed college)
• ASNDT Level II Certification – Required
• CSWIP Certification – Required
• ISO Internal Auditor Certification – Required
• API Certification – Preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• Strong email communication and documentation skills
