Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation or precision manufacturing environments, preferably with pressure and temperature measurement devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ISO 9001 quality systems, calibration processes, non-conformance management, and root cause analysis, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

General Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for pressure and temperature measurement devices by developing and implementing quality management systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and applicable industry standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for pressure and temperature measurement devices.

•Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products to ensure specification compliance.

•Conduct regular testing and analysis of devices in coordination with technical laboratories.

•Analyze defects and prepare regular quality reports.

•Collaborate with production and development teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

•Ensure compliance with local and international safety and quality standards.

•Participate in internal and external quality audits.

•Review and approve product documentation to ensure quality standards are met.

•Analyze warranty and field failure data to improve product reliability.

  • Manage non-conformance reports and coordinate with production teams for resolution.

•Ensure traceability of components and materials through documentation and labeling.

•Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

•Develop, implement, and maintain ISO quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, and records) to ensure compliance, effective implementation, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering).

•Previous experience in quality management for pressure and temperature measurement devices or similar fields.

•Good knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
