Job Title: QA/QC Inspector – Civil (Infrastructure & Pipeline Projects)

Job Description:
Barq Al Mustaqbal is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector – Civil with a strong background in infrastructure projects, particularly pipeline works. The successful candidate will ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections for civil and pipeline works as per approved ITPs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
• Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients on QA/QC matters
• Raise NCRs and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and inspection records
• Support quality audits and inspections

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects with pipeline works specialization
• Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) registration – mandatory
• Valid Saudi Iqama – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of civil and pipeline QA/QC standards
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Saudi Aramco / Royal Commission / utility infrastructure projects
