QC Plumbing Inspector
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Plumbing or related discipline)

Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years in plumbing inspection
-
At least 3–5 years of inspection experience, with 1–2 years in inspection supervision
-
Thorough knowledge of applicable international and US codes, construction, maintenance, and material standards
-
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-
Good physical condition; able to work outdoors, confined spaces, and at heights
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):
-
Internationally recognized Plumbing Inspection certification (ICBO or equivalent)

NDT Level II (ASNT) where applicable
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform Hold, Witness, and Surveillance inspections
-
Inspect materials, installations, handling, storage, and protection
-
Monitor contractor quality systems and documentation
-
Review quality document submittals
-
Witness tests and commissioning activities
-
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and deficiency reports
-
Ensure compliance with COMPANY standards, specifications, and Schedule “Q”
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):

Internationally recognized Plumbing Inspection certification (ICBO or equivalent)

NDT Level II (ASNT) where applicable
