Aramco-Certified Pipeline Coating QC Inspector

Job brief:

We are urgently hiring Saudi Aramco-Certified Pipeline Coating QC Inspectors with proven experience in oil & gas pipeline coating projects (onshore & offshore).

Profiles without VALID Saudi Aramco approval for QC inspection will NOT be considered.

Our client is a US-headquartered engineering company specializing in robotic pipeline coating systems for oil & gas pipelines, refineries, and industrial plants across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for pipeline coating works in compliance with Saudi Aramco, NACE, SSPC, and API standards
• Inspect and verify:
• Surface preparation & blasting
• Coating application & curing
• Repair and touch-up activities
• Perform coating inspection tests including:
• DFT (Dry Film Thickness)
• Holiday / Spark testing
• Adhesion testing
• Surface profile measurement
• Ensure strict adherence to Aramco coating specifications, ITPs, and project requirements
• Raise NCRs, monitor corrective actions, and ensure quality closure
• Review and approve:
• Coating procedures & method statements
• Material submittals and certifications
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, logs, and QC documentation
• Coordinate with:
• Client representatives
• Third-party inspectors
• QA/QC & production teams
• Enforce HSE standards during all coating activities
• Support internal and external audits (Saudi Aramco / third party)

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Do NOT apply unless you meet ALL criteria below

• Valid Saudi Aramco-Approved QC Inspector Certification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in pipeline coating inspection
• Experience must be in oil & gas pipeline projects (not general painting)
• NACE Level 1 / 2 / 3 OR BGAS Certification (Mandatory)
• Ability to work on onshore & offshore projects
• Candidates inside Saudi Arabia preferred (visa support available for overseas hires)

Job Location: Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: Up to SAR 12,000/ Month
