QA/QC Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. You will develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance and control procedures, conduct inspections, and collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive quality management systems tailored to project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of projects, documenting findings, and ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
• Work closely with project managers and teams to establish quality objectives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide training and mentorship to project staff regarding quality assurance and control processes.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in QA/QC management in the construction or engineering sector.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance principles, industry regulations, and standards.
• Experience in leading and mentoring QA/QC teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are highly regarded.
