QA/QC Manager (Building Experience)

Hiring: QA/QC Manager

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team and ensure all project activities meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s Quality Management System.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks for all construction activities.
• Review project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Ensure all works comply with project standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the QA/QC team and prepare daily/weekly quality reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction (preferably building projects).
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO procedures, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
