QA/QC Manager – Steel Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team in New Damietta Industrial Zone .

The ideal candidate will lead and manage all quality assurance and control activities across steel fabrication operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with corporate quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) .
• Set and monitor quality performance indicators and ensure alignment across departments.
• Supervise QA and QC engineers during fabrication and pre-fabrication stages.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audit cycles.
• Support tendering and project execution phases with quality-related input.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and present periodic quality performance reports to top management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering .
• Minimum 10 years of experience , including at least 3 years in a managerial position .
• Proven experience in steel fabrication is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills .
• Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
