QA/QC Mechanical

We are looking for a QA/QC Mechanical our client in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections of mechanical works including piping, HVAC, equipment installation, and structural components.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Perform incoming material inspections and verify compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and drawings.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in QA/QC for mechanical works.
• Experience in construction, MEP.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc., if applicable).
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation and reporting systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering documentation tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
