QA/QC Officer – Landscaping, Irrigation & Nursery

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for landscaping, irrigation, and nursery works. The successful candidate will ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System for landscaping projects
• Conduct inspections for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and nursery works
• Monitor irrigation activities including pipe laying, pressure testing, flushing, valve installation, sprinklers, drip irrigation, and controllers
• Ensure compliance of irrigation materials (pipes, fittings, valves, emitters) with approved submittals
• Oversee nursery activities including plant selection, handling, storage, planting, and maintenance
• Verify soil preparation, fertilizers, pesticides, and planting methods as per specifications
• Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, checklists, and NCRs
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities
• Maintain inspection records and submit quality reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years QA/QC experience in landscaping, irrigation, and nursery projects
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, planting standards, and nursery best practices
• Experience coordinating with consultants and clients in Qatar
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable sponsorship and NOC
• Good reporting, communication, and documentation skills
• Immediate availability preferred
