We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor (Metering) to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of metering systems and related operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC practices within utility or metering environments, along with proven supervisory experience and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage QA/QC activities related to metering systems and operations.

Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance and quality control procedures.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, documentation, and records.

Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality management systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least some supervisory experience.

Proven experience in QA/QC for metering systems or utility-related projects.

Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent QA/QC standards.

Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspections, and testing methods.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
