Qatar Country Head of IT Strategy & Digital Consulting

A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Arabic speaking Partner in Digital Transformation & Technology consulting to help lead, build and scale a high-growth advisory practice in Qatar. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape digital strategy agendas for major corporate and public sector organisations while developing a market-leading consulting team.

The Role

You will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the firm’s Digital & Innovation strategy, delivering large-scale transformation programmes across sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Financial Services and the Public Sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end digital transformation programmes from strategy and use-case design through implementation
• Building and growing a high-performing consulting team, including recruitment, coaching and capability development
• Managing large client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
• Driving business development and revenue growth across digital advisory services
• Leading complex programmes involving enterprise architecture, data & analytics, AI/ML and emerging technologies
• Overseeing programme governance, risk management and delivery across multiple concurrent engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Partner or Partner-equivalent experience within a global consulting firm
• Proven track record leading digital transformation and technology advisory programmes
• Strong expertise in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML and digital innovation
• Experience working across public sector, energy, utilities or financial services
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, building consulting teams and winning major client engagements
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior executives and boards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field, plus MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
