About the Role:
As Cabin Services Training Manager at Qatar Executive, you will design, implement, and oversee a world-class training program for Qatar Executive Cabin Crew. This program will set Qatar Executive apart through exceptional refinement and personalized service, supporting both solo-crew and multi-crew business jet operations. Your role ensures alignment with the company’s luxury brand and commitment to service excellence across the global fleet.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop/maintain a comprehensive Service Training Curriculum for Executive Cabin Crew, implement induction and recurrent training programs in service standards, etiquette, and cabin presentation for both solo-crew and corporate aviation transitions.
Provide specialized training in fine dining, wine and spirits, guest experience, bespoke concierge requests, special flights, and VIP amenities. Conduct service and cabin layout training for new aircraft types, including Gulfstream G650ER, G700, Global 5000, Airbus A320, and Airbus A340.
Coordinate with external providers to maintain relationships with industry leaders in hospitality and luxury service.
Delivering training sessions and coordinating with external providers to maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders in hospitality and fine service.
Managing training logistics, scheduling, coordination, and evaluation to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes through performance reviews, post-flight feedback, and service metrics. Coach and mentor the Cabin Services Training Team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training.
Collaborate with departments such as Cabin Services Operations, Safety & Quality, Crew Planning, and Human Resources to align training with operational and recruitment standards.
Regularly review and update training programs based on feedback and emerging trends to maintain excellence and innovation.

About you:
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and experienced professional to join the Qatar Executive Training Team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of job-related experience or High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience.
Extensive experience in cabin service within luxury hospitality or premium/private aviation.
Previous experience in private aviation cabin operations as solo crew and multi crew
In-depth knowledge of global business aviation markets and evolving client expectations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse groups.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting on individual performance.
Excellent English communication skills
Familiar with EASA/QCAA/CAA cabin training requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
Recognized credentials in Learning & Development or Adult Education.
Multilingual proficiency
Proven experience with Learning Management Systems, training technologies, and reporting tools.
