Qatar Marketing Manager

Job Description:


  • Formulate and implement marketing and brand promotion plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Plan and organize brand communication activities, including but not limited to online and offline activities, cross-industry cooperation, integrated marketing activities, etc.
  • Manage the work progress and performance of relevant project members and external collaborative teams to ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Work with the operation, sales and product teams to formulate marketing plans to support the improvement of sales performance.


  • 制定并执行市场营销和品牌推广计划,提高品牌在地知名度和市场份额。
  • 策划和组织品牌传播活动,包括但不限于线上线下活动、异业合作,整合营销活动等。
  • 管理相关项目成员及外部协同团队的工作进度和绩效,确保项目目标的达成。
  • 与运营、销售、产品团队合作,制定营销方案,支持销售业绩的提升。


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above; marketing, communication, advertising, and other related majors are preferred.
  • Those with more than 5 years of experience in marketing or brand promotion, and those with team management experience, are given priority.
  • Familiar with various strategies and tools for marketing and brand promotion, and have good market insight and innovation capabilities.
  • Have excellent communication and coordination skills and be able to effectively collaborate with the team to complete work tasks.
  • Those with more than 2 years of work experience in the Qatar market will be given priority.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and Arabic.


  • 大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播、广告等相关专业优先。
  • 具有5年以上市场营销或品牌推广工作经验,有团队管理经验者优先考虑。
  • 熟悉市场营销和品牌推广的各种策略和工具,具备良好的市场洞察力和创新能力。
  • 具备出色的沟通和协调能力,能够有效协同团队完成工作任务。
  • 具备在卡塔尔市场2年以上的工作经验者优先考虑。
  • 中阿双语流利。
