QC Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor QC and inspection activities across project sites and fabrication yards.
  
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC plans, ITPs, and international standards (ASME, AWS, API).
  
• Prepare project and monthly reports, maintaining proper documentation and inspection records.
  
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company for QC and project matters.
  
• Attend bids, client meetings, and third-party inspections as required.
  
• Support client acquisition and vendor registration processes.
  
• Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  
• 10–15 years of QC coordination experience in the UAE oil & gas or fabrication industry
  
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
  
• Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2, BGAS / NACE, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (mandatory)
  
• Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, and ISO standards
  
• Proven ability to manage inspection teams and maintain timely documentation
  
• Project Management Professional Certificate is a plus.

• Fluent in English and can speak Arabic.
• Experience in offshore and onshore project environments.
  
• Good understanding of welding, coating, NDT, and mechanical inspection processes.
  
• Familiarity with client specifications (e.g., ADNOC, ARAMCO, or EPC contractors).
