Job description:

Qualification:

B.E in Mechanical Engineering

NDT Level 2 certification (PT, MT, UT, RT) preferred

CSWIP 3.1 certification is a plus

Experience: 12 to 16 years year of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review quality procedures and NDT protocols

Perform material and in-progress inspections on ASME equipment

Prepare ITPs, WPS/PQRs, and Weld Maps

Qualify welders/welding operators (ASME Section IX)

Support root cause analysis and non-conformance investigations

Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement & Manufacturing teams

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div.1 & 2, B31.3, Sec I, II, V, XI

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
