QC Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction materials and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, workmanship, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. - Identify defects or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions promptly. - Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, testing, and reports. - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to uphold quality standards throughout the construction process. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements. - Participate in quality audits and risk assessments to continually improve quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven 3-5 years experience as a Quality Control Engineer in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and codes is highly desirable. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus. - Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
