QC Engineer-MEP

Job Title: QC Engineer – MEP

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QC Engineer with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) background to ensure quality compliance across all project phases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in villa projects and data centers, and a thorough understanding of UAE standards and international codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for MEP works.
• Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Conduct inspections for MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with ISO and project standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to MEP works.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards during execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP quality control.
• Proven experience in villa projects and data center MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and international codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
