Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect materials at all stages: incoming, in-process, and final delivery.
• Verify received materials against approved samples and check documents as per ITP (Inspection & Test Plan).
• Confirm traceable items and supporting documents during gate-level inspections.
• Ensure proper storage of inspected materials; maintain photo records and documentation files.
• Inspect mill finish materials before powder coating.
• Conduct gate-level inspections of powder-coated materials along with supporting documents.
• Utilize inspection checklists for each stage and submit reports on time.
• Inspect first samples at machining and assembly tables against ITP standards.
• Tag rejected items with quality stickers and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare and share rejection reports with the manager; submit monthly summaries to senior management.
• Communicate daily with stakeholders regarding inspection status and progress.
• Record daily actual vs. planned work for traceability.
• Inspect packing methods during delivery to ensure material protection.
• Inspect loaded vehicles prior to dispatch; maintain delivery order (DO) records with photos.
• Identify repeated rejections, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions using QC tools.
• Always carry and use inspection tools (tape, right angle, angle gauge, checklists, stickers, and equipment).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
