QC / QA

1. To ensure the all the batch packets are error free, complete and reviewed on time.

2. To ensure the all the batch packets are released on time in company and Customer’s SAP system in accordance

with release tracker and batch release time. Zero% delay is expected.

3. To ensure the all Raw & Pack materials are released in the company SAP with all the recording of Elog

and by complying with technical standard (IRMS/IPMS) and, minimum requirements of COA.

4. To ensure customer’s online FP release tracker is being effectively updated on time.

5. Calibrate the daily calibrations of the equipment’s as per the requirements and internal calibration plan.

6. Incident reporting on time and implements all the Site safety systems in Lab.

7. To ensure quality Q-BOS is being effectively performed by analyst on daily basis and related issues are being

reported and resolved timely.

8. In case of any A shift analyst on leave and absent, will flow to work and do the RM/PM/FP Analyst role.

9. On time completion of special assigned task depending upon the urgency and severity of the task without

affecting rest of the routine tasks.

10. To ensure the 5Sing in Lab Office. And Lab should be clean at the time of shift handover takeover.

11. To ensure the Monthly batch packets records in bundles. Single, Blank and Bundle separately.

12. 100% mandatory Quality trainings completion

13. Ensure zero critical observations in Audit due to any quality outages

14. 100% Participation in Q-BOS and Quality Alerts to be ensured

15. ≥ 98% team training completion on Quality Mandatory & operational SOPs to be ensured.

16. Zero repeated QIs, repeated customer/consumer complaints and SQIs/CQIs to be ensured.

17. 100% On-Time CAPA closure and On-Time Investigation Completion

18. 100% on-time QA action completion (through provision of adequate resources)

19. 100% on time self QA training/refresher completion.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
