QE - Crew Logistic & Records Officer

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for arranging, coordinating and monitoring the fulfilment of logistic tasks related to crew transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements and documentation. Maintaining and updating crew records in the operation management system and ensuring mandatory visa requirements for crew are fulfilled and monitored.
Other key responsibilities are:

• Update and monitor crew records in QE/QR Operation management system in order to ensure all required crew documents are valid and up to date.
• Arrange and monitor crew logistic requirements for training duty in liaison with Flight ops support team in order to ensure efficient and cost-effective services arrangement.
• Conduct Pilot Logbook report generation on crew request in order to fulfil operational and documentation requirements.
• Update all crew qualifications in the management operating system in order to ensure accurate data availability for operational reference.
  Conduct regular checks of crew records and qualifications in management operating system in order to ensure that all required documents and files are updated accurately and in line with requirements.
• Update and monitor crew database in Wyvern platform in order to ensure all required crew documents are valid and up to date.
• Making arrangements and coordinating with service providers in order to adequately plan and execute crew logistic requirements for flight duty. Constant monitoring of arranged services to ensure efficient operations. Arrange and monitor crew mandatory visa and vaccination process with relevant authorities in order to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate station entry requirements with adequate service providers in order to ensure regular operations. Arrange crew GD and other requirements for crew travel in coordination with relevant stakeholders in order to support operational process.

• Execute tasks and follow set-up work processes in the manner to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and in line with instructions from respective department.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of job-related experience
• Understanding of crew logistics requirements and processes
• Knowledge of crew documentation requirements.
