  • Assist the QHSE Manager on maintaining compliance with all relevant KSA- HSE legislation, client requirements and international QHSE standards.
  • Assist on ensure effective implementation of the QHSE Management System and monitor performance against QHSE objectives and targets.
  • Assist on planning, preparing for and ensuring effective respond to potential emergencies on the site, includes conducting drills.
  • Assist on creating QHSE documentation and provide feedback for improvement to ensure the delivery of best-in-class QHSE standards.
  • Participate in investigating incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Conduct regular joint audits and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to rectify any non-conformities identified.
  • Prepare and submit reports on QHSE performance to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Supervising day-to-day QHSE operations to ensure procedures are implemented.
  • Promote and encourage safe behaviors to support a positive HSEQ culture.
  • Lead HSE inspections and focus on high-risk activities to ensure compliance and overall safety.
  • Ensure the contractor focuses on delivering a safe working environment, plant and equipment and providing adequate resources.
  • Advise and assist other Division/ Department Managers in improving compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide training to employees on QHSE procedures/requirements and promote the QHSE awareness culture throughout the project.
  • Ensure 3rd party tests, inspection and certifications are continually up to date for all required equipment, devices and tools.
  • Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials is continually maintained at the site.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of QHSE experience in facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA QHSE regulations, standards and sector best practices.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
