Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to lead our company's quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily GEMBA walks and routine facility inspections.
  • Monitor facility temperature and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and overall QSHE compliance.
  • Assist QSHE Manager in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Track and manage CAPA, accident incidents, PTW, and deviations.
  • Report, investigate, and document incidents and adverse events with CAPA.
  • Conduct safety trainings to ensure staff awareness and compliance.
  • Perform random compliance checks on received, stored, and dispatched products.
  • Coordinate with clients on Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) matters.
  • Develop, share, and monitor KPIs as per agreed timelines.
  • Carry out monthly inspections of equipment and facilities.
  • Support QMS implementation including internal audits and risk management.
  • Conduct fire and safety inspections and audits.
  • Assist in internal and external EHS/QSHE audits and visits.
  • Develop and maintain EHS internal processes and best practices.
  • Train and mentor teams on Quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement systems for communication, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparation of SOPs, specifications, and method guides.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory obligations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharma or Science and any related field.
  • Must be NEBOSH IGC Qualified.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and leading HSE programs within 3PL pharmaceutical operations.
  • Proven experience in managing, coordinating, and negotiating with clients and industry regulators on HSE-related matters.
  • Preferable certifications in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and Social Compliance.
  • Experience in Quality and EHS functions within Pharmaceutical and FMCG environments; 3PL experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of cGMP, Drug Laws, Factories Act, Shop & Establishment laws, OHS regulations, QMS, and EMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, audits, and client coordination.
