What You Will Do:
As QHSE Executive you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards and systems within the logistics and warehouse operations. This role supports the QHSE Manager by executing site-level inspections, audits, training, and reporting to ensure compliance with applicable QHSE policies, legal requirements, and company standards.

Assist in implementing QHSE policies, procedures, and systems at site level in alignment with corporate standards.

Contribute to updating QHSE documentation such as risk assessments, SOPs, and compliance records.

Ensure compliance with local legislation, international standards, and company requirements.

Conduct routine inspections, safety audits, and quality checks across logistics and warehouse operations to identify hazards or non-compliance.

Participate in internal and external audits, including ISO-related audits, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Assist during third-party audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections.

Maintain up-to-date audit records and data required for certification standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and control of inspection instruments.

Support risk assessments and participate in incident/accident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.

Participate in customer complaint handling and corrective action processes (CAPA).

Monitor PPE compliance and adherence to safe work practices on-site.

Promote and facilitate QHSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.

Communicate safety alerts, observations, and best practices to relevant personnel.

Provide daily reports on QHSE performance, findings, and observations to the Line Manager or Supervisor.

Assist in coordinating with contractors and third-party service providers to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements.

Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.

Monitor process compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support environmental compliance activities in accordance with regulations and company standards.

Participate in implementing the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system across the logistics park.

Assist in developing and maintaining the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

Participate in emergency drills such as fire, evacuation, and spill response.

Ensure emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, spill kits, alarms) is properly inspected and maintained.
What You Will Bring (Qualification & Requirements):

Minimum 2 years’ experience in QHSE roles within logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings.

Basic knowledge of local and international QHSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001).

Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and investigations.

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with flexibility to convert to rotating shift patterns.

Strong observational, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with safety management software is a plus.

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
