A leading Public Investment Fund (PIF) entity is seeking an experienced QHSE / Security Manager to oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) operations across a large-scale entertainment complex in Tabuk.


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that world-class safety, security, and environmental standards are implemented and maintained across every aspect of the complex — protecting guests, employees, and assets while enabling a seamless and secure entertainment experience.


You’ll play a critical part in shaping the operational culture of one of Saudi Arabia’s most exciting destinations, working alongside senior leadership, government authorities, and external partners to deliver best-in-class safety and security outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all QHSSE functions within the complex, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety and security policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Oversee security operations, including personnel management, third-party service providers, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response planning.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory agencies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigation, and resolution, ensuring lessons learned are embedded into future practices.
  • Deliver training programs and emergency drills to strengthen team preparedness and operational resilience.
  • Drive a proactive culture of safety, service excellence, and accountability across all departments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in QHSE, Health & Safety Management, or Security Management (or a related discipline).
  • 7–10 years of experience in QHSE and Security Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven background in large-scale complexes, attractions, leisure, or entertainment venues.
  • Recognised professional certifications such as OSHA / IOSH / CPP / PSP / ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in incident management, risk assessment, and audit programs.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
