We are a leading construction and contracting company in the UAE, delivering high-quality projects across civil, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Estimation Engineer who can handle both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents as per project requirements.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess quantities and pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate costs.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support tendering, bidding, and project execution with accurate cost data.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as QS and/or Estimation Engineer in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license (required ).

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QS and/or Estimation Engineer in the UAE: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
