Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QS/Billing Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the industrial sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing and quantity surveying to ensure project delivery within budget and in compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Quantity Take-Offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.
• Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring terms are adhered to.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress in collaboration with project managers and ensure billing reflects actual work done.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a QS/Billing Engineer, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in measurements and calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Indian construction standards and practices
• Experience with industrial projects
