QS & Billing Engineer

1 Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.

2 Preparation Rate Analysis / Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying (Civil and MEP).

3 Generation of Purchase requisition.

4 Checking / Scrutiny of Vendors , Contractor Billing including checklist, pour card, other relevant compliances Bill Certification etc.

5 Quantity reconciliation of Contractor bills wrt BOQ.

6 Preparation of Reconciliation of Materials.

7 Adequate knowledge of Specification, Work Methodology, Work Order, Purchase Order etc.

8 Preparation Budget monitoring reports.

9 Preparation of monthly working plan and updation.

10 DPR updating.

11 Maintaining of Drawing register, coordination and correspondences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
