Job Description:
Conin International Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing
• Track project progress and manage variations and claims
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in construction or consultancy
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards is an advantage
• Must be currently available in Ras Al Khaimah
