Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to manage cost planning, estimation, measurement, and contract administration for construction projects. The role requires close coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reports
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements
• Manage variation orders, claims, and change management
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is Mandatory
• G+4 License is Mandatory
• Driving License is mandatory
• 5 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
