QS Tender ( Interior Design )

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents for interior design projects.
• Coordinate with design & project teams to gather BOQs, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Analyze tender requirements, scope, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in vendor quotations and rate analysis.
• Maintain tender documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior design tendering / QS role.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and technical specifications.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
