Job Description:
Conchem Technical Service LLC is seeking a QS/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in floor coating projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring both quantity and quality on-site to ensure that all works meet project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to check and verify material quantities and usage.
• Inspect floor coating application to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality tests and document findings.
• Prepare reports on material consumption, quality inspections, and project progress.
• Identify and resolve any quality or quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, tests, and quality records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor coating or related construction/industrial coatings.
• Hands-on experience with site inspections for both quantity and quality.
• Knowledge of floor coating materials, application techniques, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred:

• Certification in Quality Control/Assurance or Quantity Surveying.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
