Qualified Company Secretary

Seeking a Qualified Company Secretary having membership of ICSI and experience in:
1) Secretarial compliance's' under Companies Act, 2013 & LLP Act, 2008.
2) RBI & ROC Compliances'.
3) Drafting of Various Resolutions & Agreements.
4) Conversion of Companies.
5) Drafting skills relating to National Company Law Tribunal.
6) Ensuing good and clear knowledge of other acts such as FEMA, MSME, SEBI, IBC, etc.
7) Seeking knowledge of the other allied laws which are being complied by the companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
