Position Overview:
As a QRA, you will play a key role in our project delivery team by sourcing, screening, and onboarding industry experts for various research projects, including surveys, IDIs, and focus groups. Your goal is to identify and engage the right professionals with the knowledge and expertise needed to provide valuable insights. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment and engagement of top-tier experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Understanding: Collaborate with project managers to understand the project objectives, required expertise, and desired profiles for each engagement.
• Expert Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks, databases) to identify and reach out to potential experts across industries.
• Expert Screening: Conduct preliminary screening to assess suitability based on the project requirements and ensure experts have the relevant experience and insights.
• Engagement and Onboarding: Effectively communicate project details to potential experts, answer questions, and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with experts, ensuring positive engagement and long-term collaboration opportunities.
• Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to manage expert scheduling, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with confidentiality agreements and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and research tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

Work Location: Onsite – Islamabad
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
