Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

The Senior Analyst will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecasts with clear explanations
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investments, and cost optimization initiatives
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and trends to support management decisions
• Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and provide actionable insights
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting
• Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal financial policies
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning, Business Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
• Experience in a corporate or multinational environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Professional qualifications such as CA (Inter / Affiliate), ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance will be an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
