About the Role
Dakia.ai is on a mission to revolutionize how law firms handle their intake. We are looking for a relentless Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our core team. This isn't a role for "order takers"—we need a hunter who thrives on the phones, masters the art of the cold email, and knows how to break through to high-level decision-makers in the US legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- The Cold Call Grind: Perform high-volume cold calling (80-100+ dials per day) to US-based law firms. You must be able to handle rejection, navigate gatekeepers, and stay focused under pressure.
- Omni-Channel Prospecting: Beyond the phone, you will own your pipeline. This includes crafting personalized cold email sequences and conducting LinkedIn Social Selling to build relationships with COOs and Intake Directors.
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify high-value prospects using tools like Dakia CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo. You won't just follow lists; you’ll help build them.
- Appointment Setting: Your primary KPI is booking qualified demos for the founding team. You are the bridge between a "cold lead" and a "closed deal."
- Reporting & Strategy: Participate in daytime reporting sessions at our NIC Islamabad office to review pipeline health, refine scripts, and align on weekly targets.
What You Bring to the Table
- Fearless Communication: You have a neutral or American accent and the ability to hold a high-level business conversation with US attorneys.
- Thick Skin: You understand that "No" is just a step toward "Yes." You are motivated by targets and stay high-energy throughout the night shift.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with Dakia CRM (or similar CRMs), email automation tools, and LinkedIn prospecting is a massive plus.
- Discipline: Working the 7 PM – 4 AM shift requires a high level of self-management and a lifestyle that supports night-time peak performance.
- Location: You must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to facilitate regular in-person reporting at the NIC H-9 office.
