We’re expanding our analytics and quality team and seeking ambitious MBA graduates to join us as Business / Quality Analysts. This is a launchpad for a career in business analytics, research, and process excellence.

Role Overview

As a Business / Quality Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, quality, and strategy. You’ll analyze performance metrics, conduct audits, and support decision-making processes that enhance service delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends and insights
• Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to process standards
• Support research and reporting for business decisions
• Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, or Operations
• Experience: Freshers or up to 12 months in Business/Quality/Research Analyst roles
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to connect data insights to business strategy

Work Schedule

• Training Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Post-Training Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Rotational / Flexible)
