Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor debugging process results and improve QA processes.
• Generate reports and document test results and quality metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc. (based on your stack).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
