Job Description – Quality Analyst (BPO)

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office Only

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (BPO QA experience preferred)

About the Role

Parvus Analytics is urgently hiring Quality Analysts with prior experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of monitoring and improving call quality, customer experience, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor outbound calls to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Evaluate agent performance based on call audits, scripts, and compliance checkpoints.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and improvement suggestions to agents.
  • Identify process gaps and work with team leaders to enhance performance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service guidelines.
  • Conduct calibration sessions with the operations team to align quality expectations.
  • Track agent errors and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support training initiatives when required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of BPO processes and call handling standards.
  • Strong communication (Hindi/English) & listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze call quality and identify improvement areas.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (audit forms, checklists, scoring).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & report preparation.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
