The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support the expansion of our business. Educational Qualification, Work Experience & Key Competencies
Qualification
B.Sc Microbiology/M.S.C Microbiology/B Tech./ MTech. Food Technology or
equivalent
Work Experience
Min 1 year in the food industry (FMCG/QSR)
Key Competencies

• Good communication skills
• Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA & CAPA, quality standards
• Well-versed with FSSAl regulations for the catering industry
• Knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point Presentation

• Monitoring and continuously upkeeping food safety and hygiene standards of the

kitchen documentation

• Giving training to the kitchen team on various SOP's, quality and food safety standards
• Prepping kitchen to comply with FSSAl standards and other internal audits
• Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and its
• Handling customer complaints by doing RCA and sharing CAPA
• Analyzing data to understand regional performance on various metrics
• Ready to travel to different locations of the city
