Quality Analyst

Job Description: Quality Analyst (QA)

Location: Andheri ( East )

Experience: 1–4 years

Department: Sales / Operations / Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, emails, or work output for quality standards
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
• Conduct regular quality audits and share detailed feedback with team members
• Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and improvement plans
• Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers/management
• Help improve customer experience, sales conversion, and process efficiency
• Maintain documentation of QA findings and corrective actions

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and observation skills
• Good communication and feedback delivery skills
• Knowledge of quality frameworks, call monitoring, or audit processes
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to handle conflict professionally

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in BPO, Sales, Recruitment, or Operations QA is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
