We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with the ability to analyze and improve processes to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Sales quality management).
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Note: Only male candidates who are proficient in Hindi will be considered for this position, as the role involves analyzing data and documentation in Hindi.
