Position: Quality Analyst ( International BPO expereince must )

Location : Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

1) Roles and responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Candidate must be comfortable working in night shift and work from office. Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be well versed with VOC, AHT, QC Tools, Fatal/Non-Fatal Parameters, and methodologies.
• Candidates must conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring.
• Candidates from international BPO backgrounds are preferred.
• To drive process improvement initiatives.
• Identify gaps, provide feedback, call calibration and refresher sessions to agents and create audit reports
• Give timely and real time voice call Feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency
