As a Quality Analyst User Quality, you will:

• Take ownership of quality checks for operational tasks like legal account restrictions, blocked users, and transaction reviews.

• Spot process gaps and fix them with simple, effective, data-driven solutions. ✍️

• Leverage AI to speed up checks and improve accuracy across our quality processes.

• Keep the user’s perspective at the center, ensuring a smooth and secure experience every time. ✨

• You have experience with compliance tasks such as legal account restrictions, blocked users, or transaction reviews.

• You’re confident working with data and can use dashboards to find insights.

• You easily spot process gaps and know how to create smart solutions.

• You’re comfortable using AI tools to improve quality and automate routine checks.

• You communicate clearly in English and work well with a global team.
