Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To ensure that all furniture products manufactured by Al Haadi Mobilya meet the highest standards of quality, durability, design specifications, and customer expectations. The QA Specialist plays a key role in identifying and correcting quality issues across the production line, raw materials, and final goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Inspection
• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct measurements and visual checks on joinery, finishing, upholstery, and hardware fitting.
• Process Monitoring
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Report any non-conformities or deviations to the relevant department for corrective action.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare quality reports and summaries for management review.
• Problem Solving & Improvement
• Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Suggest process or design improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Compliance & Standards
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of furniture production processes (woodworking, finishing, upholstery, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects quickly.
• Understanding of quality assurance tools and techniques (5S, ISO 9001, etc. is a plus).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Experience in modular, custom, or mass furniture production is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant tools such as calipers, moisture meters, gloss meters, etc.

Working Conditions

• Factory floor and production environment.
• May involve standing for extended periods and inspecting various product types.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
