Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Testing

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing (functional, regression, usability, UI/UX, compatibility, cross-browser, performance).
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure seamless user experience.

Design & Product Understanding

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are aligned with quality and usability standards.
• Review wireframes, prototypes, and design specs to ensure feasibility and maintain consistency across devices.
• Validate the implementation of design elements in the final product.

Client & Market Alignment

• Ensure product quality aligns with expectations and compliance standards for US/UK clients/markets.
• Communicate effectively with product owners and international stakeholders regarding issues, timelines, and quality reports.

Process & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of test results, QA processes, and quality metrics.
• Recommend improvements to QA workflows, processes, and product quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web and application projects.
• Prior hands-on experience testing products for US or UK clients.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, SDLC, STLC).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Postman, Selenium (optional), BrowserStack, Figma/Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of API testing, cross-browser testing, responsive testing.
• Ability to evaluate UI/UX and visual design for quality and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
