Quality Supervisor

Industry: Evaporator & Condenser Manufacturing
Location: Karachi (Factory-Based Role)

Optimize Engineering Core Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QC Line Supervisor to oversee quality control activities on the production line and ensure all evaporator and condenser units meet company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise QC inspectors and ensure proper implementation of quality procedures on the production line
• Monitor in-process inspection, testing, and final quality checks
• Maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, and checklists
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams for issue resolution
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety protocols
• Provide training to QC staff on inspection methods and product standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• DAE (Mechanical / Industrial / Refrigeration) or relevant technical qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in QC (preferably in manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of QC tools, measurements, gauges, and inspection processes
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise factory QC teams
