Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology or Agriculture
  • Diploma or certificate in Food Safety / Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of different cultivars, origin, seasonality, and quality attributes
  • Internship experience or 1–2 years in fresh food QA, procurement, handling, storage and shelf life
  • Good analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Conduct inspections, quality checks, and shelf-life assessments
  • Support procurement, storage, and handling of fresh produce
  • Identify and manage different cultivars, origins, and seasonal variations
  • Maintain records and reports for quality, storage, and replenishment
  • Implement food safety and quality procedures in line with company standards
