Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software/application testing to join our team. The QA Engineer will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through structured testing processes and close collaboration with the development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and technical specifications; create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across web and mobile applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with leads and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Ensure test coverage for new features and impacted areas through regression suites.
• Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and QA process improvements.
• Prepare and share QA reports on testing progress, defects, and quality risks.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience in functional and regression testing.
• Experience in writing clear, structured, and maintainable test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior exposure to the financial domain preferred.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent) is a bonus.
• Good understanding of SQL queries for database testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
