Quality Assurance - Engineer

Title of Position : Engineer– Quality Assurance

Qualification : DME/BE Mechanical

Experience ;- 5 to 8 years experience in Pressure vessel/ Expansion joint manufacturing industries

Job Responsibilities :
Technical Drawing/Customer Technical data sheet review/study & ITP preparation

• Raw Material (Stainless & Carbon steel) inspection clearance according to ASTM A240,516,A105,A106,A182 & IS 1062,A213 & A659.

• Forged components flange inspection & testing acc. to B16.5

• WPS & PQR review & qualification

• Stage wise welding fit up & release for PT,VT,RT, & RTFI as a level 2

• Maintaining the ASME U stamp – Documentation (NDE,Testing procedure, Qualification records, Inspection records & etc.

• Sound knowledge on ASTM sec.II & sec V

• EJMA Standard & B31.3 standards

• Inspection & Approval of EJ Assemblies against – PED, IBR & ASME_U stamp requirements • Blasting & painting inspection acc to ISO 12944

• BGAS qualified painting inspection

• Refractory Inspection & clearance acc to UOP,ASTM C865 standard

• Heat treatment inspection acc. to ASME std

• Coordinating with TPIA/customer/IBR/PED approving authority

• Manufacturing data book/dossier preparation

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
